Sand yacht centre
Ay-Ole is the sand yacht centre of the Communauté de Communes Côte Ouest Centre Manche.
We offer all the year long differents activities :
- Sand yachting.
- Paddleboarding.
- Kayaking.
- Sea wading.
The centre offers services to every sector of sports movement and national education. For anyone aged from 8 to 88, land sailing is fun for all, affording a fantastic feeling of freedom.
Since 2008, Ay-Ole is labeled by the Fédération Française de Char à Voile and it received the label "Valides handicapés pour un sport ensemble" by the Comité Régional Olympique et Sportif.
Since 2020, Ay-Ole has been granted the "Qualité tourisme" label, to highlight the quality of tourist services in France, and cince 2024 the "Tourisme Responsable" label which rewards environmental performance.
From 8 years old. Activitie available all year except on sundays.
Alone, with friends or in a group, for a sand yacht ride or an introductory session, Ay-Ole has a 10-km beach perfect for land sailing. An unique way to enjoy the view on Jersey and over the harbors of Saint-Germain-sur-Ay and Surville.

Feeling like paddling along the coast of Bretteville-sur-Ay? Ay-Ole gives you the opportunity to go kayaking or paddleboarding.These water sports will allow you to have fun while discovering the local coastline.

Pratical information
Open all year except on sundays. It is advised to book by email.
From November to April: activities are possible by appointment only.
Some activities are only available during certain periods because they depend on the tides and the weather.
Accepted means of payment: credit cards, cash, bank cheques and Wonder box.
